SEYIDOV Yasin Mirgasim oglu (1936 Shakhtakhty village of present Kangarli village) Candidate of veterinary sciences (1966). He graduated from the faculty of veterinary of Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy (1959). He entered post graduate course of the Scientific Research Veterinary College after had worked in the village farms of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic nearly 3 years. After had worked in the Nakhchivan Scientific Research Veterinary Station and Azerbaijan Scientific Research Veterinary Institute for a while he was appointed to the chief position of the Republic Expedition against “Epizootiya”. He worked as a senior deputy of the State Veterinary Service within the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic, a chairman of the cattle-breeding industry unity amid Kolkhozs, a head of the State Veterinary Service in Baku during 20 years (1981-2000). He works in the post of the leader scientist worker at the Azerbaijan Scientific Research Veterinary Institute at present.
