SULEYMANOV Gadir Ali oglu (22.04.1940 Shakhtakhti village of present Kangarli region) He graduated from Technical School number 3 (1958-1960), the faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of Azerbaijan Institute of oil and chemistry (1962-1967). He began his activity as a worker, head of department, senior technologist in Polymer construction materials industry in Sumgayit, a junior research worker at Institute of Petrochemical processes of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (1969-1971), a construction engineer in shipbuilding plant in Hashtarkhan, a chief of the laboratory of Sumgayit compressor manufacture (1971-1975), a chief of the department, senior engineer, director in Polymer construction materials industry in Sumgayit (1975-2001) He works as a chief of the department in Telecommunication Joint in Sumgayit at present. He is an active member of “Shakhtakhti” charity society.
