GULIYEV Dilgam Gasim oglu ( 06.08.1950 Shakhtakhti village of present Kangarli region) Sportmaster on free wrestling (1972), honoured coach (1996), candidate of pedagogical sciences (1994), senior lecturer (1996) he was rewarded with the “Taraggi” medal (2001), professor (2004), “honoured figure of phisical training and sport” of Azerbaijan Republic (2006), editor in chief of “Idmanchi” newspaper (1998), member of the Azerbaijan Writers Union (2006), member of the methodical council of science of the Ministry of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic (2008), decorator of history of sport in Azerbaijan in the Internet site (2008) he works as a pro-rector of “sport affairs and foreign connections” department of Azerbaijan State Physical Culture and Sport Academy. His nearly 200 works and 300 articles have been published up to now. He is an active member of “Shakhtakhti” charity society.
