HASANOV Mustafa Ahmed oglu (1957 Shakhtakhti village of present Kangarli region) He finished secondary school in Shakhtakhti village (1965-1975). He went to do his military service in Soviet Army (1975-1977). He graduated from the faculty of automatic production processes of Azerbaijan Institute of oil and chemistry (1977-1983). He accepted to work at the plant named after Sattarkhan as a young specialist in 1983 and worked as a manufacturing engineer, head of the department and in other positions. He works as a chairman of Administrative Personnel at the “Machine Building Plant named after Sattarkhan” at present. He is an active member of “Shakhtakhti” charity society.
