NAGIYEV Gadir Mamedyar oglu (25.02.1933 Shakhtakhti village of present Kangarli region) He graduated from the economic industry division of the faculty of economic plan of Azerbaijan State Agricultural Institute (1954). He worked as a chairman of Plan Committee of Nakhichevan region (1954-1957), a chairman of Plan Committee of Sumqayit city (1958). In compliance with decision of Azerbaijan CP CC Bureau dated 1967, he was sent on an assignment to Moscow;-High party school under CP CC and after finishing it (1969) he was appointed an instructor to a trade, plan and finance organs department, a head specialist at office organization of Azerunion (1972). He was elected a deputy in 1957-1958. He was decorated with the medal of “Honor veteran”. He is an active member of “Shakhtakhti” charity society.
