MUSAYEV Gadir Khalil oglu (05.05.1937, Shakhtakhty village of present Kangarli region) graduated from the constructing engineering department of Rostov State University of Railway (1963-1969). He has been the head of the centralized cement repair industry in Belgorod within the Minister of USSR construction materials industry since 1969. He has been working as a director in the Baku cement repair industry within the Minister of USSR construction materials industry since 1973.
