SEYIDOV Kamran Mirsalman oglu (28.05.1942, Shakhtakhti village of present Kangarli region) He graduated from Communication Electro Technical School. He worked as a forwarder in Meat product Industry in Baku in 1971. He has worked as an organizer on leading pilgrims to Mashad and Karbala and also all pilgrimages in Azerbaijan since 1991. He has organized nearly 134 pilgrimages to Mashad and 17 to Karbala up to now. The assembly of society was hold in his cottage in 1972. He is an active member of “Shakhtakhti” charity society.
